At Segara Swim, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected and we're here to help make it right. Please review our Returns and Refunds policy below:

Returns:

1. Faulty or Damaged Items:

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. We may require photo evidence of the defect or damage before authorising the return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

2. Exchange:

We are currently not offering straight exchanges. Instead, we've found the most effective way to service an exchange is for you to reorder on our website and to send us the unwanted item back for a refund.

Refunds:

1. As our swimwear products are produced in small batches, we can only offer refunds for faulty or damaged items. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We may require photo evidence of the defect or damage to process your refund.
 
2. Non-Defective Items:

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for non-defective items but we are happy to exchange or offer a store credit.

Conditions for Returns and Refunds:

1. Original Condition:

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
 
2. Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.

3. Refund Processing:

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment method and financial institution.
